KB Financial Group announced on the 11th that it held the 'KB Demo Day' event in Singapore on the 10th (local time) to help the growth and stable overseas expansion of ventures, innovative companies, and startups possessing excellent technologies in areas like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and FinTech.
Since 2022, KB Financial Group has been operating the 'KB Starters Singapore,' a startup incubation program, using Singapore, a global financial hub, as a base to support the entry of domestic small and medium-sized ventures into the Asian and global markets.
The event, held in collaboration with global accelerator (AC) Tenity, was organized to provide startups with an IR pitching opportunity, allowing them to propose their business direction, business model, and execution capabilities to global investors and partners.
The event was attended by six companies selected for '2025 KB Starters Singapore,' including Sendbird Korea, FuriosaAI, Synergy Partner, Antock Co.,Ltd., Wibear Soft, and Canopy, along with approximately 100 stakeholders from global VCs (Venture Capital), ACs, and related organizations.
A KB Financial Group official stated, "KB Financial Group will continue to do its best to create a scale-up ecosystem where innovative early-stage startups and mid-stage growth companies can receive sufficient support at each stage of growth."
